UHC aculltully has 2 meanings, but it stands for the same thing "Ultra Hardcore" the first meaning is the most poupular one, a UHC is a 2 stage Survival Multiplayer Minecraft Minigame. the first is before PVP (player vs player) where you gather reasoures to beat the others. the second stage is when you try to beat them (PVP) after a while people go into Deathmatch, where the remaining players try to become victorious, if it's been a while. The Second Definition is Playing Minecraft in Hardcore mode while making it "Ultra" (usully with mods)
